Privacy - excellent service - cleanliness - beach-

Sunbeds on the Beach - although comfortable - are not functional to move around and lie flat to sunbathe. Suites - although spacious and very well kept- show the signs of time; they could be refurbished, starting from the bathroom

Amazing location and the most amazing service.

I loved everything about the property. It is more stunning in real life compared to the pictures! The staff were one by one EXCEPTIONAL. So thoughtful and kind. They really made our stay in Bali feel like a dream. I cannot express how amazing our stay was at the St. Regis Bali. We are for sure coming back! If you are debating whether to stay at the St. Regis or not, take my word for it: you will not regret it. Amazing value for money. You will have the best vacation!

What was the highlight of The St. Regis Bali Resort

A truly impressive hotel that offers memorable stays.

I was there for three nights with my girlfriend. We stayed in a Pool Suite. The resort looks astonishing, the beach is one of the best I have been to around the world. Butler service has been exceptional, they were friendly, available, on time and personalised the service. The decor is amazing, jaw-dropping inside the room and outside of the resort. Restaurants are among the best in Bali, and it is very nice to have an authentic Balinese restaurant within the resort (Dulang). Kayuputi also had great food and service. The breakfast at Boneka is also great - the premium items on the menu are a very nice addition to the buffet. Spa massages and gym are also great and worth checking out (though massages can be a bit pricey). Suites and villas are separate, but the separation is hardly noticeable and you get the same feeling of privacy with a pool suite.

Reception replies were sometimes brief (would not necessarily call them 'curt', but worth mentioning): on arrival, we were offered a room to leave our luggage in after checking out, but we declined. The following day, when asking about the possibility of this (under a different receptionist), the reply was that we should wait until the departure date for potential availability, after which he said nothing else. When I tried explaining that this had been offered a day prior, he simply repeated the same explanation, after which we thanked him and left. We also asked about potentially using the spa (which we had both been clients of a day prior for massages) to have a shower before the 18:45 departure on Saturday, and the reply from the receptionist (a different one this time) was 'If there are no guests', which did not seem up to St Regis standards of professionalism. The partnering drivers they have for day-trips could be slightly better. There was a massive event for the celebration of 15 years of St. Regis Bali, which Marriott executives attended. Would have been nice to get a symbolic celebratory item and to be made aware of this event, rather it was made to seem like an inaccessible event from which hotel guests are excluded.

Relaxing gateway in paradise

Everything: from the spaciousness of the room, the impeccable service from the staff, the extraordinary breakfast.

If anything: ability to swim in the sea at low tide was limited + some jelly fish came up during our last 2 days. That being said, nothing that the hotel own salt lagoon pool wasn’t able to balance.

Zero view from our room was most disappointing. All else apart some minor faults were good.

The room was of a good size. However, we were assigned a room with zero view which was a bit disappointing. We also found a dead cockroach on the floor one morning when we got out of bed.

View from our room which was completely blocked by tall trees. The electricity plugs were loose and the one in the bathroom was difficult to locate as it was hidden underneath the wash basin bench.

5* by all means

A superbly well-run resort. Kudos to the management and the staff! We found all what one would expect from a 5* resort and so much more. Beach front location, impeccably manicured, excellent interior design in our suite as well as all public places, Balinese service, great gym and planned activities, high speed internet etc. We were positively surprised though by the level of Customer service running the extra mile on every respect, from sunglasses cleaning on the beach to free cappuccinos served in the room to fruits and cake bites on offer while sunbathing and the list goes on and on. We’ve been traveling to Bali a few times a year every year and we’re got some magnificent experiences with other top notch hotels & villas but St. Regis won our hearts and we will be back soon!

Well, one of the best hotels we've ever visited.

Very good: - staff, - food (breakfast, dining in restaurants), - green territory, - spa, - beach, - quietness and privacy of the hotel, - nice and spacious suite. Generally I think it is the best hotel in Nusa Dua area.

- rather big pillows (can not be comfortable for everyone), - sometimes after room cleaning I could find some carpet piles on the floor, - AC in the room may produce some noise (in the night we thus did not use it), - can not recommend for those who like it swimming in the sea (shallow and full of seaweed due to tides).

We loved pur stay the St.

We loved pur stay the St.Regis, we were there for our honeymoon and they greeted us with beautiful flowers, spa package , flower bed, etc. they also upgraded our villa. They also brought us fresh fruits and cappuccino to our Villa everyday. The staff are very nice, professional, helpful and friendly especially Sari and Sofyan who made our stay extra special. We stayed at few hotels across Bali but definitely this is the best hotel. We will definitely go back there.
